No matter where you are in your professional journey, career coaching with an objective and experienced professional can help you assess your career pathway, reflect on and refocus on what you want to achieve, and develop a plan that will encourage and help you succeed with that next step.
USPTA Florida Division and McMahonTennisSearch want to help you get the most out of your career. Apply now and you could earn one of three Career Coaching Session Prize Packages. When you answer a few questions about your career goals below, you’ll be automatically entered to win (5) Career Coaching Sessions valued at over $600. There are also two 2nd place awards of (2) Coaching Sessions, each valued at $250.
The winners will be chosen by a 3-person panel, based upon the question responses by each applicant. Winners will be selected based upon 5 criteria for each question response:
How well the response is crafted, presented and articulated.
How relevant the response is to the question presented, and to the applicant’s own career goals.
The degree of inspiration the response generates from the panel.
The optimism with which the response is offered in that the applicant believes Coaching can help the applicant’s career.
The degree and depth of thoughtfulness put into the response
The Panel is made up of Florida Division Education Committee Members Milos Vasovic and Jose Pastrello and former Florida Division president Mark McMahon.
