She understands the distinct dynamics between high-end, nonprofit, best-in-class clubs and those working to stabilize operations, allowing her to tailor leadership strategies that align vision, culture, and financial health.

Mark McMahon, is a 35-year veteran Tennis Professional, a Master Professional, and Professional of the Year. More importantly, Mark is a Teacher and a Coach. Mark has helped Professionals across the country and around the world to better understand and appreciate how to maximize the value they bring to a club program and how to maximize that value to advance their career.
Brian Armstrong, CCM, is a club industry leader with over 20 years of club general management experience running member-owned and for-profit private, city, and country clubs. Brian is well known and highly regarded in the private club industry, having attended numerous CMAA World Conferences, PGA Merchandise Shows, and National Club Association Conferences. He continues to stay abreast of current trends within the club management industry.
