Through ProMatch you will receive:

■ Promotion and awareness to your open position through our LinkedIn and Instagram social media channels, and posted through our partnership with the Directors Club of America, viewed by over 10,000

■ Post your open position on our job site

■ Promoted on our weekly email, Racquets Search & Hire Racquets Report, to our database of over 4,000

■ 30-day timeline including all marketing, promotional and advocacy activities to be conducted on behalf of the club

■ Review and offer recommendations of any edits to the club’s uploaded Position Profile

■ Review the announced compensation structure, and the projected total compensation provided to us, and provide our competitive perspective based on current market conditions

■ Plan and implement a time-sensitive, targeted marketing campaign to promote your opening and create industry-wide awareness of the opportunity

■ Post the job opening as a premiere placement on McMahonCareers.com job boards for up to 28 days from the date of finalizing the Position Profile to ensure that your opening does not become ‘lost’ at the bottom of list of jobs as new jobs are added

■ Announce and promote your opening directly throughout the network of the Directors Club of America to include highlighting the opportunity during the monthly Zoom educational session

■ After 21 days, we will provide the Club with a preliminary Candidate Summary including an overview of each applicant, our opinion on the potential alignment of each candidate’s qualifications and suitability for your position based on the position criteria, and the expectations defined in the Position Profile. We will also include a list of candidates who we “Recommend for Interview”.

■ After 30 days after the job was first posted, we will update and finalize and forward to you, our Candidate Summary including a final list of candidates we “Recommend for Interview”
