McMahon Careers Announces Appointment of Frank Fanning, USTPA, CRSE

Fanning Assumes Role as Chief Relationship Officer to Foster Industry Relationships.

Charleston, SC- McMahon Careers, the private club industry’s only racquet sports-focused Executive Search, Career Coaching and Executive Education firm is pleased to announce that Frank Fanning, USPTA, CRSE has joined the firm in the role of Chief Relationship Officer and Executive Search Consultant.

Frank Fanning, USPTA, CRSE, brings over 30 years of racquets industry experience to his role as Chief Relationship Officer and Executive Search Consultant at McMahon Careers. In his role, Frank will establish and nurture relationships on behalf of McMahon Careers, with General Managers and Directors at clubs across the country through personal onsite visits, as well as remotely.

Frank has led the racquets program at Big Horn Golf Club in Palm Desert, CA and The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and worked at some of the country’s finest clubs and resorts, including the Breakers in Palm Beach, FL, New Seabury Resort in Mashpee, MA, and The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, CA.

Frank has also had the honor of helping guide young athletes, on and off the court, through his coaching of NCAA tennis teams at Marist College, College of St Vincent’s, and Sarah Lawrence College, where his women’s tennis team won the most matches of any coach in program history.

In addition to his role as Chief Relationship Officer and Executive Search Consultant, Frank is the National Business Development Manager for Partner Plus Media, a forward-thinking design and publishing company that provides no-cost print and digital publications to private clubs and luxury resorts.
