We are confident in our placements and the decisions you will make with our support, however we think our unconditional guarantee adds one more layer of confidence with your decision to choose McMahon|10s to lead your search.

If your Director of Tennis or Director of Racquet Sports leaves your employment for any reason within 12 months their start date, McMahon|10s will conduct a complimentary new search for a replacement. 

Alternatively, if you decide to terminate the employment of your new professional within 2 years from their start date, McMahon will conduct a new search for 50% of our current search fee.
